Dr. John Beaulieu, N.D., Ph.D.

is a Mental Health Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist, Naturopathic Doctor and composer. Dr. Beaulieu has been practicing somatic psychotherapy and sound healing for over forty years. He received advanced degrees from Indiana and Purdue Universities and is the founder of BioSonic Enterprises, Ltd., a company dedicated to tuning the world: Biosonics.com.

Dr. Beaulieu researches the neuropsychology of stress and the effects of sound on consciousness. He pioneered using tuning forks as sound healing instruments. He served as a supervising therapist and researcher at Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital in New York City and currently as an Adjunct Professor of Integrative Medicine at CIIS University (California Institute of Integral Studies).

Dr. John lectures around the world on how to integrate sound healing with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindful Listening. He is the author of Music and Sound In The Healing Arts, Human Tuning, and The Polarity Therapy Workbook, and the composer of Calendula, a sound healing CD that uses tuning forks to repattern the mind and body.
