Therapy is a course in being listened to, valued, and taught tools to change unhealthy patterns and thoughts. Adults and children learn the importance of breath, nutrition, sleep and positive thoughts to help change the body's chemistry towards energy and well-being. They can use Dr. Andrew Weil's 4-7-8 method of breathing to calm themselves and use cognitive behavioral therapy to replace anxious worries with positive affirmations and thoughts. The Rubenfeld Synergy Method inspires all my work whether using touch directly or helping the client develop increased awareness of the body's wisdom.
