Roger Tolle On The Trager Approach

Trager® works through the body’s own sensory movement system to communicate and facilitate new pleasurable feeling experiences and an overall sense of peace in the mind – an overall sense of the rightness of being easy in the body. It involves facilitating – both tactilely and kinetically - a shift in the experience of being and moving in our bodies.
