Ted Riskin
Breathwork
Return to Flow and Wholeness
Breathwork facilitates access to a nonordinary, expanded state of consciousness, in which the psyche's inherent healing wisdom can create a transformational experience. It operates on all levels of the human being, including unfinished biographical material, birth memories, transpersonal phenomena, and residues of trauma stored in the body.
